Acupuncture
A session starts with a conversation about what is happening now. Treatment is then shaped around the person in front of Marcie, with room for questions along the way.

Meet Marcie
Marcie brings acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, shiatsu bodywork, private yoga and practical lifestyle support into one personal practice.
Her work is grounded in nearly 20 years of acupuncture practice and more than 30 years of yoga practice and study.
That range means you do not have to arrive knowing which modality belongs on the calendar. Begin with what you want support with. Marcie can recommend a sensible starting point and explain what to expect.
“You don’t need to know which service to choose before you reach out.”

— Tara H.I feel wrapped in Marcie’s healing energy as soon as the appointments begin. She listens to all of my concerns, has new insights and suggestions, and takes a holistic approach to my chronic pain. At first I was nervous to try acupuncture, but Marcie was very professional. She answered all my questions.
I have felt very alone struggling with my chronic pain for years, but Marcie gives me hope. I now know that I have someone who is both experienced and caring helping me manage my pain and make a full recovery. I highly recommend Marcie’s services.
— Charles M.I have been visiting Marcie for acupuncture for approaching a decade and highly recommend her. Along with regular acupuncture treatment, her customized treatments, as needed, have helped me with sciatica, foot bone and various muscle pains over the years. I strongly suggest if you are considering acupuncture to try Marcie.
— Adrian B.Marcie took the time to listen to what was bothering me and tailored the treatment specifically to what I needed. The combination of massage and acupuncture was incredibly relaxing and effective, and I could really feel the difference afterward.
Her space is comfortable and welcoming, and she has a calming way about her that immediately puts you at ease. I’ll definitely be back!
— Patti D.I took Marcie’s yoga class twice a week for five years when I lived in Austin. She is an amazing yoga teacher. She would always go at a perfect pace and explain what certain poses were good for, including hip openers and digestion. She also helped me with acupuncture sessions when I explained to her my knee issues from an old injury. Additionally, she is very knowledgeable in herbal remedies, nutrition, philosophy and spirituality.
Marcie is very well rounded to help you in the field of health and well-being, and I highly recommend her. She really listens and truly cares for you.
— Sue T.Although I am generally very fearful of needles, Marcie’s calm, competent, and gentle ways brought me relief from my ongoing pain.
— Eric P.I am a runner and started experiencing pain in my calves, Achilles and ankles. Marcie listened to what was going on with me and put together a great treatment plan. Her care, acupuncture and massage gave me complete relief from pain where I was able to continue my running. Marcie is extremely skilled and made me feel comfortable since I was new to acupuncture.
I’m so grateful I found her and I highly recommend getting acupuncture for pain relief and for general well-being.
